Description
Delicious and simple! These are great for rolling out and cutting classic sugar cookie shapes without the hassle of cooling your dough or having to wait for ingredients to warm to room temperature.

Instructions

Prep cookie sheet with liner or parchment paper and set aside

Using a stand or hand mixer, combine the butter and sugar but do not cream (about 1 minute)

Add egg and both extracts. Mix for 1 minute

Add baking powder and mix until just combined

Add the flour in 2 batches, half at a time, and mix to combine. The dough is ready when it pulls away from the side of the bowl

Roll out dough to desired thickness, cut out shapes, and place on cookie sheet

Bake for 7-8 minutes (bake time may vary depending on cookie size and thickness)
